Open a Support Ticket...

If you suspect someone is cheating on one of our servers, we want to hear about it. We take cheating seriously and investigate all legitimate reports.

To report a problem, join our Discord and head to the #support channel. There, you can open a ticket by clicking the PGZ-button. This will create a private thread with our staff so we can look into your issue quickly and directly.

🚨 What to Include in Your Ticket:
The more details you provide, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • 🆔 Your Steam64 ID (and any involved players’)
  • ⏰ Approximate time of the incident
  • 📍 Location of the event (town name or general area)
  • 🌐 Which server you were playing on
